Q: How do you inflate the inflatable tent?
A: You can inflate it using the included electric blower or pump. Depending on the size and design, it typically takes between 3 to 30 minutes to fully inflate.
Q: Can the tent be used safely in windy conditions?
A: Yes. The tents are naturally heavy and stable. We also include reinforced D-rings and ropes to tie the unit down. For extra stability, sandbags or water bags can be used.
Q: Is it possible to use the inflatable tent during rain?
A: Yes, the material is waterproof. however, since the blower is electric, we do not recommend long-term use in heavy rain unless you are using an airtight (sealed) model.
Q: Can the tent be customized with our own branding?
A: Absolutely. We offer logo printing services. Please provide high-resolution artwork in JPG, PDF, or PSD format for the best results.
Q: What should be done if the tent gets a puncture?
A: Due to the constant air flow from the blower, the tent can usually remain upright even with small punctures. Repairs can be easily made with a sewing machine or using our provided repair kit (PVC patches and glue).
Q: Do you provide a design preview before production begins?
A: Yes. After an order is placed, we create a design sketch based on your custom requirements. Production only starts once you have confirmed the design.
