SW8000NBU is an outdoor, carrier-grade wireless base station with an integrated antenna. It operates in the 5GHz unlicensed frequency band and is compliant with the IEEE802.11n standard. It utilizes a high-performance Qualcomm Atheros high-speed network processor and IEEE802.11a/n MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology.
It employs a 2T2R architecture and supports wireless transmission rates up to 300Mbps. With a combined RF power output of up to 2x500mW and a sensitivity of -96dBm, the device integrates 2x2 MIMO directional antennas. It is ideally suited for long-distance backbone network transmission projects and high-definition video surveillance applications for large data streams.
The SW8000NBU supports point-to-point (PTP) and point-to-multipoint (PTMP) wireless applications, and features wireless roaming (WDS), virtual AP, and mobile Wi-Fi access management. Its cast aluminum housing is weatherproof, windproof, rainproof, lightning-proof, and heat-dissipating.
